## Who is responsible

Gulp Money Lab Inc. decides why and how this site uses the personal data described here. We and us mean Gulp Money Lab Inc., the company that provides Gulp Money.

Use the Contact page for questions about your data or this policy. You do not need an account or a paid plan to send a message.

This policy covers our own site and forms. A separate notice may apply when another business controls the data in a service you use.

## Details you share for access

The access form collects your name, email, and the profile choice that best describes you. It also saves the date of your entry.

If you start from a pricing plan, we save the plan you selected. This choice does not create a paid plan or allow a charge.

These details help us review access, manage demand, and send an access link. You can choose not to join, but we then can not send you access.

## Messages and support

When you contact us, we receive your email, selected topic, message, and any name you share. We also save the date.

We use this information to answer questions and review complaints. We also handle data rights and check payment or security concerns.

Only include information needed for the issue. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, identity documents, or private customer records.

Investor messages also include the profile you choose and any fund or company name you share. We use these details to understand your message and reply.

## Visits and technical records

Your browser must share network and message details for a website to load. Systems that run the site may keep technical records.

Technical records can include your internet number, visit time, page location, browser details, and errors. We use them to protect the site and find faults.

An internet number helps send data to your device. Our saved access and contact entries do not add that number to those entries.

## Optional visit data

If visit data is enabled, we ask for your choice before starting it. Refusing does not stop you reading pages or sending forms.

With your permission, PostHog receives a browser code chosen by chance. It links visits and actions from the same browser.

Events include times, page locations, language, device details, errors, and page speed. Links may include campaign codes and query values.

Events do not include the name, email, or message values you enter in our forms. Page activity may be recorded, with form values hidden.

We use page activity records, click maps, and page speed data to find problems. PostHog may use network details to work out a rough location.

A browser code chosen by chance does not make all visit data fully anonymous. Network details and event history may still relate to a person.

## Cookie choices

The Cookie Policy describes the browser cookie that remembers your choice and the local storage used for visit data.

Use Change cookie choices on the Cookie Policy page to update your choice. Choosing Necessary only stops optional visit data on this page.

Withdrawing consent does not undo the lawful use of data before withdrawal. You can contact us about data already received.

## Why we use personal data

We use personal data to act on your access entry, answer messages, and support a service you choose. We also use it to protect the site and meet legal duties.

A legal basis may be needed for data use. Steps you ask us to take before a contract may support access and service messages.

We may rely on legitimate interests for security. This includes fraud checks and ordinary support. We must balance those interests against your rights.

Consent supports optional visit data. A legal duty may mean keeping records for tax, disputes, or a lawful demand from an authority.

## Messages and marketing

Joining the access list allows us to contact you about that access entry. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

An access link, a reply you requested, and an important service notice are different from general advertising.

If we offer optional marketing, we will explain that choice separately. You can ask us to stop those messages without losing your legal rights.

## Research inputs and public sources

Research may use product pages, public prices, and customer reviews. Public information can still include personal data and rights belonging to others.

Do not share sensitive personal data or private records about other people in an idea description. Use a general outline where possible.

If a feature would send your input to another service, its notice must explain that use before you choose it. This policy is not permission for any possible future use.

Contact us if a research source has inaccurate personal data about you or material that should not appear.

## Who may receive data

People working on access, support, and security may use relevant records. Access should be limited to the work each person needs to do.

Companies that run the site, storage, or email systems may process data for that service. PostHog receives optional visit data only when enabled and allowed.

We may share needed data with professional advisers. An authority acting legally or a party handling a business transfer may also need relevant data.

We do not sell access entries or contact messages. We do not share form details for advertising aimed at you across other sites.

## Data handled in other countries

The systems used for the site and optional visit data may handle information outside your country. The location depends on the service settings.

Where the law restricts a transfer, the required protection must be in place before that transfer. A legal transfer agreement or an approved country decision may apply.

You can ask about the relevant services, locations, and protection through Contact. We do not promise that every record stays in one country.

## How long we keep data

We keep access details while the access entry is active and needed to complete that purpose. An entry can end through access, withdrawal, or closure of that access list.

We keep contact records while an issue is open. A related complaint or legal claim may make a longer period necessary.

The right period depends on the purpose, data, open disputes, and legal duties. We do not promise to keep every record forever.

Some records may need to stay after you ask us to remove data. The law may demand them, or a claim may stay open. We will explain the reason.

## Storage, copies, and security

Access and contact entries are stored in private server files. They are not public website pages or a public list of members.

No website or storage system can promise complete security. We limit access and ask you to avoid sending data that the service does not need.

A record may stay in a protected copy until that copy is replaced or removed. If restored, the same purpose limits and decisions about removing data must apply.

If a data incident creates a legal duty to tell you or an authority, that duty still applies. This policy does not claim a security certificate.

## Access, correction, and removing data

Your local law may give you data rights. You may ask for a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.

You may ask us to remove data or limit its use. You may also ask for a copy you can use with another service. Some rights depend on why we hold the data.

Use Contact and choose a privacy topic. Describe the entry or record involved and use an email where we can reply.

We may need evidence that the data is yours. We should ask only for what that check needs. Do not send identity documents unless we explain a safe and necessary way to do so.

## Objections and consent

You may have a right to object when we rely on legitimate interests. You can also object to direct marketing where that right applies.

You can withdraw optional visit consent through Cookie choices. A privacy message can cover other use based on consent.

Withdrawing consent does not cancel a separate legal duty to keep a necessary record. We will explain any use that must continue for another lawful purpose.

## Regional rights and complaints

Your rights depend on where you live and the law that applies to the service. This policy does not remove local consumer or privacy rights.

Local rights may include details about data categories, a correction, a copy, or an appeal. They may also let you ask us to remove data.

You may also have rights about a sale, certain data sharing, or sensitive data use. Our stated practice is not to sell form details or use them for cross-site advertising.

You can complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location. Contacting us first does not remove that right.

## Replies to privacy messages

We handle data rights without an unnecessary fee. The law may allow a fee or refusal in limited cases, such as clearly excessive repeated messages.

We follow the reply deadline that applies to your case. If the law permits more time, we will explain the reason and next step.

An authorised person may act for you where the law allows it. We may need to check that authority before sharing personal data.

## Adults and important decisions

The service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not aim it at children.

Contact us if you believe a child has shared personal data. We can review the entry and remove it where required.

The access form saves your entry for review. It does not use an automatic score to decide your legal rights. A market report is a research aid.

## Other websites and new purposes

Links to a review site or another external page take you to a service with its own rules. Read its privacy notice before sharing information.

If we introduce an account, payment flow, or a new data purpose, the relevant notice must describe it before collection.

We will not treat this policy as unlimited consent for new purposes. Where a fresh choice is required, we must ask for it.

## Changes and contact

The date at the top shows the version of this policy. Changes should match the service and data use described here.

We will explain a material new use before relying on it where the law requires notice or consent.

Use Contact for questions, complaints, corrections, or help with removing data. The form is available even if you have not joined the access list.
